How to read a book

Walk to any shelf with the MOVE stick, or W A S D.
Aim the dot at any book. Every book on every shelf is real.
Press A (or E, or click the book) to take it off the shelf.
Walk to any chair, aim at it and press A to sit down and read.
In a hurry? Press R to read right where you stand.
Press B (or Q) to close the book, stand up, or put the book back.

Drag the screen or use the LOOK stick to look around. A game controller works too: left stick walks, right stick looks, A takes, B goes back, X reads.

Wren Street Library

Six aisles of house-shaped bookcases under a timber roof, finished like a real afternoon: honey oak, paper, and lamplight. A fire in the reading room, an owl named Hollis in the rafters, and every book opens right here, in your hands.

Getting around

W A S D or arrow keys to walk. Drag to look around.
Click the floor to walk there, or a sign to walk to that aisle.
Click a book to take it down. Turn pages with the arrows or a swipe.
Night lights the lamps and the book nooks, and Hollis wakes up.
